Our new branch in Kadawatha

The Liyasara Garments was established in the 1990s and we are offering the best possible quality products for the best price. Currently, Liyasara is running its business with over 700 employees across the island and expanding the business with modern technologies. 

We are happy to announce that the Liyasara Garments is planning to establish a new showroom in Kadawatha, Sri Lanka. The official opening ceremony will be taking place on December 13th 2020. The decision was taken by the current chairman Thinuka Pathirana Arachchige Ranjethpathirana, a son of the former Liyarasa chairman.

The background of the Liyasara Garments

Early in the Liyasara garments business, this was started on March 31, 1990, by Ranjethpathirana and the lady. The seeds that had been planted showed that growing from both sides to a strong plant began on 10 November 2001 as a large -scale business. 

At the outset, the company had worked for thirty employees, which had grown by an average of 200, 600 and that the number of employees in the company was up to 700 paces at the earliest. 

In the beginning, a small building, a cafeteria and a toilet were found at the institution. The building of this institution has been expanded due to the growth of employees at present.

Surveyed Staff

A sample of 45 staff was surveyed by means of a structured questionnaire. Out of the 45 employees, 45 employees were answered to the questionnaires. The Researcher has been discussed the conclusions and recommendations about the employee who had to reject the answering of the questionnaire distributed.

The format of the training process

The research solely focused on the way in which the Human Resources Management unit works in a training and development organization. There are many other sections. I also collected data from a randomly selected person in one institution. As a result, there is no common picture or the overall implementation of the training and development process. Due to the shortcomings in the short term, the lack of time to focus on all aspects is a problem.
