The research solely
focused on the way in which the Human Resources Management unit works in a
training and development organization. There are many other sections. I also
collected data from a randomly selected person in one institution. As a result,
there is no common picture or the overall implementation of the training and
development process. Due to the shortcomings in the short term, the lack of
time to focus on all aspects is a problem.
