Conclusion

Training and development the way in which it works is to identify how good and weak the characteristics are.

It is a good idea to provide every employee of this organization with training pertaining to his duties and granting permits according to each level of the target according to each skill level. But, there are situations where there is a problem in implementing the training and development in this institution.


  • Lack of a separate place for trained employees.
  • Without perfect trainers with knowledge of skills.
  • Not given general training for some new employees. Therefore, the employees are in a misconception about the health and safety of the company.
  • According to the evaluation of the training programs, there is no successful plan to trained trainees in the future.
  • Apart from the content of training courses, there is no training manual for the training.
  • In the training program, only the training is given for the job and not improved the multifaceted capabilities of the employees.
  • There is no way to record the participant's participation in the programs.
  • Have to go to a sister institution of this institute for specific training programs.
  • The training programs organized by the Institute do not have a positive or negative impact on the none participating employees.
  • There are some shortcomings in the techniques, There are regular procedures for training employees in this institution, but there are some problems in practical implementation. Also, good actions are seen.
